Robin Sharma's 6 rules for superior energy and stamina

1. Eat less
Eat until you have had enough but not until you are feeling full because the digestive process is one of body's most energy consuming processes and when you eat less food, you'll find you have a lot more energy.

2. Nothing post 8pm
If you are going to eat at 10pm, you are going to find that you are not going to sleep as well and you are going to wake up feeling tired. Having a lot of energy is so important to having a leadership without a title and playing at your best.

3. Don't eat white food
Cut back on sugar or cut out sugar, secondly pasta, third bread. Anything that is white, put it away and replace it with things like fruits and vegetables, more water and protein.

4. Drink more water than you would ever imagine drinking
We want to be very well hydrated. It will not only make you a more clear thinker, it will give you the energy you are looking for and keep you strong amidst a really busy world at a pace that's faster than ever before.

5. Daily movement - exercise
In a healthy body, resides a healthy mind and you want to be - especially in these turbulent times - a clear thinker so you can make clear decisions. So you want to be exercising and moving your body  definitely every day because that will not only give you the endorphin rush so you are feeling good in stressful times but it will give you the energy you are looking for.

6. Replacement foods
If you like sweet things, maybe replace it with mueseli or cereal or fruits. That will give you the sugar fix and yet it will prevent you from feeling that you are not enjoying life and depriving yourself.

Just remember that in these turbulent times, we need lots of energy to run more quickly, to do all we need to do and Robin Sharma's six rules for great energy, superior energy will be helpful to me.
